We had our yearly plumbing system check today. We pay monthly for the membership, and it's very convenient. We get great service and discounts. Most of the time, there isn’t a problem but, If they find something, we appreciate the options they give for fixing it in a cost-effective way. Today, we had some items fixed that we asked for. All of the technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. We appreciated the work that Mason did for us today. Can't say enough good things about this company!

Ryan W. and Ian were fantastic! They came to my home for a check of electrical systems throughout my home built in 1948. They were efficient, professional, and friendly. I love this company! The monthly membership of$14.95 provides this $189 service at no additional cost. They provided recommendations in levels of safety/importance with no pressure. I had a cable that was a trip hazard and Ian kindly removed it. I am very appreciative and will continue to use and recommend LPHC&E.

I’ve been using Lanc Heating and Plumbing since I got my house a few years ago. They provide the best customer service all around. They’re honest, kind, and personable. They also educate so you don’t damage your equipment and can keep maintenance up to par. Quality of the work is also worth every penny. I have been a customer of Lancaster Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical for several years. The Customer Service representatives are very professional and courteous. Their technicians have been wonderful! My latest need was a 29+ year old well pump that was sending warning signs that the end is near. My water system tech (Robert R.) was/is awesome! Robert has provided service in the past on other plumbing service needs and was the lead on this project. He and the other technician replaced the well pump, piping, electrical wiring and incorporated additional features and safeguards (not standard 29 years ago) with the replacement service. He performed all the water system checks and verifications. All is good!! Koodoos to Robert! Very much appreciated!

Robert came yesterday to check out A/C unit for the summer. He arrived promptly sat 7:30 and went to work. He changed the filter and then suggested having the unit cleaned, which we had done. He was finished within an hour. Elaine Yohn

It was furnace checkup time, got a new Eccobee4 thermostat installed, love it!!!! At first I was a bit intiminated by it, but got on line, found a really great video that walked you thru everything from soup to nuts, its functioning beautifully, works well with Alexa. So nice to be able to change setting right from my bed, although with all my settings setup, I really dont anticipate having to do that.
