Most Memorable: During a service call last year a customer was clearly in distress.  After asking if there was anything I could do she said she recently lost her husband and her son was terminally ill.  Once I completed the call I stayed for an extra 45-60 minutes speaking with her and eventually calmed her down and then she gave me a hug before I left.  She was extremely grateful to have someone to talk to.  This industry is about customer service and to comfort a woman who was going through such hardships, just talking with her was rewarding.  It’s an amazing experiencing hearing so many stories and meeting so many different kinds of people.
